About the role

Being a Senior Carer is a fulfilling role, you’ll be supporting our tenants to remain independent in their own flats. You will also have your own team to support and lead in best practice. Alongside this, you will…

  • Provide personal care and support which may include helping with washing, dressing, food preparation etc. 

  • Administer medication in line with a clients care plan

  • Ensuring that all documentation is promptly maintained and recorded. 

  • Ensure everyone delivers outstanding levels of care.

  • Be part of the on call rota 1 week in every 4, which attracts a premium of £115 per week (£12.50 per day Mon - Fri, £26.25 per day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays)

 

 About You

If you have had some experience within this field, we would love to hear from you. You’ll either have achieved or be willing to work towards your Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care. 

You’ll also have an enthusiastic, friendly and passionate nature with excellent communication skills.
