About the role
This role is central to the smooth functioning of our Head Office, which houses our support service and housing teams. The teams support our 1,100 colleagues, tenants in our 926 sheltered housing properties and ultimately the over 2,000 people supported by our services.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:
Cleaning communal areas including meeting rooms, toilets, kitchen and office storage areas.
Ensuring that there is plenty of toilet roll, paper towels, hand soap and washing up liquid available for use.
Hoovering and mopping all carpets and floors.
Emptying all waste and recycling bins.
Ensuring the dishwasher is set off if required and emptied of clean kitchenware.
Performing ‘deep cleans’ weekly on a rotating set of areas.
Reporting low stocks and any maintenance issues.
Watering our office plants.
About you
A reliable and self-motivated individual, you’ll be confidently able to work on your own and prioritise tasks. If you have some experience in cleaning then that’s great but it’s not a deal-breaker!
Ultimately, we can teach the skills for this role so we are looking for the right attitude. You’ll be passionate and driven, knowing your work supports the team's experience working for Brunelcare.
