About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning, Performance and Programme Manager to join our Governance team. This newly created role will support the operational planning, performance and programme management and regulatory compliance. To do this you will:
Design processes for the collection and analysis of key organisational and project performance information.
Actively embed and improve Brunelcare’s risk, assurance and control environment.
Establish, maintain and continually review a comprehensive corporate performance management framework.
Present performance information against key indicators; ensuring that directors and managers fully understand key performance trends and issues.
Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Coordinate the preparation of tenders in response to contracts let by external stakeholders.
Complete key statutory and regulatory returns for regulators and associated agencies ensuring that they are completed accurately and within submission deadlines to ensure regulatory compliance.
About you
A positive and proactive individual, you will have excellent programme management skills and experience of designing and establishing new processes. You will have demonstrable experience of providing training to others, especially in programme or project management roles.
You will need to have outstanding written and analytical skills, and an experience of producing reports for senior audiences. Alongside this excellent organisational, time management and project management skills are crucial.
