About the role

You will be a key part of the home working closely with the Business Manager and colleagues to ensure everyone is greeted in a friendly and polite manner.

  • Meet and greet people including friends, family and professionals visiting Deerhurst

  • Provide efficient and effective communication ensuring good customer care is maintained at all times

  • Key communicator between departments. Receiving and directing a variety of queries

  • Promote and actively demonstrate the principles of Person Centred Care

  • Input a wide range of data and ensure our databases remain accurate and up to date

  • Complete delegated administrative tasks

 

About You

An approachable and friendly personality is essential to ensure our visitors get the best welcome possible. Ideally, you will also have some customer service experience however this is not a deal breaker. Alongside this you will also…

  • Computer literate with an excellent telephone manner

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life

  • Able to prioritise workload and work independently

  • A driving licence is essential as you may be required to take our residents to appointment
