About the role

  • Provide happy and helpful service to all residents, family members and visitors.

  • Work closely with residents and their family members to ensure they are happy and needs are met.

  • Report accidents, resident concerns or incidents immediately to the village management team.

  • Respond to emergency call bells and provide assistance where possible, assessing whether the residents family or emergency services are required.

  • Work closely with residents suggesting appropriate social activities available, and getting feedback on events for future planning. 

  • Hours:

    • 3 days per week, 5pm - 10pm

 

About you

You will be a strong communicator with a passion for providing exceptional service. Ideally you will have a background in working in a customer service role but that isn’t essential. 

Alongside this you will be: 

  • Flexible and co-operative.

  • Able to work on your own initiative.

  • Able to observe the code of confidentiality.

  • A willingness to adopt new procedures when required.
