About the role

You'll work closely with the head chef in planning, organising and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents. Alongside this you'll also:

  • Ensure all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time. 

  • Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcare’s Health and Safety procedures are implemented. 

  • If required, you may be asked to step in for the Head Chef if they are absent.

 

About you

  • Previous experience in a catering environment and excellent catering skills are essential. 
  • Available to work various hours between 6am - 6pm, some weekends but no evenings or split shifts.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo further training and development and attain relevant qualifications and specialised experience where required.
